The Opportunity
Our Social Media & Partner Engagement Coordinator is the voice of Heal in the community and online. This innovative, hands-on role blends digital storytelling with local outreach, turning clinical excellence into clear, human messages that help people choose the right care, at the right time.
You’ll shape our day-to-day presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; build relationships with local schools, sporting clubs and community groups; and support GP education evenings and community events. You’ll partner closely with clinicians, nurses, and concierge teams to keep content accurate, compassionate and useful.
Heal Specialist Urgent Care is open 7 days, 365 days a year. This role will require occasional evenings and weekends work for events and conferences.
What you’ll do
- Plan, create and schedule engaging, brand-consistent content; moderate comments and messages; track and report performance.
- Translate clinical information into accessible posts, reels and factsheets (with consent and privacy front-of-mind).
- Build and nurture local partnerships (schools, sports clubs, employers); coordinate community activations and health education sessions.
- Monitor Google and social reviews; coordinate timely, professional responses and escalate when needed.
- Support campaigns that align patient experience (e.g. seasonal health, aftercare, injury pathways).
Who you are
- A marketing graduate or experienced social media manager & content creator
- Proven experience managing social channels and communities, with high level copywriting skills
- Experience using social media scheduling platforms and analytics would be considered advantageous
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Flair for photography and videography/editing
- Experience using design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud would be considered advantageous
- A calm head under pressure, and a passion for helping people navigate healthcare.
- Sound judgement on privacy, consent and health-service advertising in Australia.
