This is a fantastic opportunity to join Archie Rose as a Marketing Coordinator, working to support the further growth of the company in Australia and around the world.
Working as part of the Archie Rose marketing team, and closely with our hospitality, production and sales teams, based at our distillery in Botany, your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Planning: Assist in the development of annual marketing and brand activity to support the launch and rollout of Archie Rose campaigns and products, as well as activity to support the Bar & Cellar Door and Events.
- Campaign Management: Assisting in the development and execution of digital and promotional campaigns and material across consumer, events and trade to drive awareness and grow audiences. This involves writing briefs, managing artwork through the design studio, timeline management and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Brand Guardianship: Provide ongoing Brand support and guardianship to the wider team, working collaboratively with design, creative, brand marketing, digital, events and trade marketing teams to achieve the highest level of brand excellence, clarity and consistency across every execution and channel.
- Supporting key relationships: acting as a key marketing support for the Events & Hospitality team, Bar & Cellar Door team, plus to Cultural, Brand and Media Partnerships.
- PR fulfilment: Support the Brand Marketing Manager with PR activity and rollouts, promptly providing photography assets and other requirements to media when requested.
- Reporting: monitor and analyse local and international competitor activity in the market, industry trends and consumer insights, providing quarterly reports to key stakeholders
- Other general marketing coordination as needed: to support the general growth of the business.
- Content production support: Support the content team with pre-production and on shoots on an ad hoc basis.
Reporting Relationships
- Based in Sydney, the role sits within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager
- Establishing close cross-functional relationships with the broader marketing team, trade marketing team, events team, bar team, operations and production teams.
Desired skills and experience:
- At least 2-3 years experience in an execution-based marketing role with FMCG experience in-house or with an agency desirable
- Strong and competent project management experience - including managing design / artwork / print projects
- Passionate and invested in Australian and global culture, hospitality, spirits, cocktails, design, customer experience, social media and other digital mediums
- Be proactive, eager to learn and keen to improve ways of working to help grow and support the team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, conflict resolution skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, PR or communications is preferred.
Please note, this is an office-based role located in Banksmeadow, Sydney. The successful applicant will be required to be in the office 4 days/week.
