An opportunity has opened for a full-time Brand Manager to lead the brand, marketing and communication department at The Lune Co. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will seamlessly translate the value created by The Lune Co’s operational departments into memorable and impactful brand communications that celebrate and elevate our world-class product. You will be the key player in the management and execution of the digital marketing strategy (including brand management, press releases and PR, advertising and creative design) for all venues to drive growth and see The Lune Co transcend the hospitality sector and be recognised as a premium global brand.

Your responsibilities:
- Creating and managing marketing strategies for each venue that align to business objectives
- Managing a small but dedicated marketing team
- Setting digital marketing KPIs and performance objectives
- Upholding and advising on The Lune Co’s brands, including brand position and style guide
- Seeking out and managing public relations opportunities, including brand activations and partnerships
- Managing each brand’s digital channels including website, email marketing, social media and loyalty
- Managing and reporting on performance of marketing activities
- Manage, plan and track marketing budgets to align with business objectives and ensure value for money
- Copywriting and proofreading all marketing material for each venue including weekly social media and regular EDMs.
- Building relationships between the marketing and other executive departments to ensure all venues receive adequate marketing support and understand the value and impact of marketing
- Liaising with venue managers and other across the business to drive digital marketing performance
- Keeping on top of upcoming hospitality and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in a brand management or senior digital marketing role, with specifically senior experience in brand building, digital marketing, social media management, copywriting or content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Exceptional leadership skills – someone who looks to motivate, develop and engage with their team and others
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders internal and external, in both written and verbal formats.
- Excellent organisation skills and be detailed-orientated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
- High-level proficiency or familiarity in using Meta platforms, Adobe programs, Klaviyo, Later, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Microsoft suite.
