As a Women's Talent Agent, you will play a pivotal role in discovering, developing and managing the careers of fashion models. Working on the Women's Board, you should be passionate about helping others achieve long-term career success while building meaningful relationships with both talent and clients.
As an ambassador for Vivien's, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage talent with professionalism and care and maintain a strong understanding of both the Australian and international fashion markets. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, commercial acumen, creativity and a genuine passion for fashion and talent management.
This role is to cover a 12-month maternity leave position based in our South Yarra office, commencing from October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising competing deadlines and coordinating bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
· Interpret creative briefs and match talent to client requirements, delivering commercially successful outcomes.
· Coordinate and manage the schedules, appointments and careers of represented models.
· Negotiate bookings, contracts and fees while ensuring the best interests of both clients and talent are represented.
· Proactively market and promote talent to brands, designers, retailers, agencies and creative partners across the Australian market.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, photographers, stylists, casting directors and other key industry contacts.
· Identify and secure international placement opportunities through Vivien's global network of partner agencies.
· Coordinate the distribution of portfolios, digitals and promotional material to prospective clients and agencies.
· Collaborate on creative direction and portfolio development, including conceptualising and organising test shoots to strengthen each models' marketability.
· Stay informed of emerging fashion trends, industry developments and new business opportunities to support the continued growth of both talent and the agency.
