Nick and Carrie is one of Australia's biggest creator brands - 12.7M on YouTube, 10M on TikTok, 4M on Instagram, 2.7M on Facebook, and 300K on Snapchat. We make content watched by millions every week, and we're about to level up in a big way.
We're launching a web series, scaling our long-form content, and building a clothing brand - all in 2026. To do that, we need someone who can help run the machine behind the scenes.

What you'll actually be doing
You're the person who takes ideas from concept to published - coordinating everything in between so Nick and Carrie can focus on creating.
→ Managing shoot schedules, locations, and logistics
→ Keeping production timelines on track across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcasts
→ Coordinating with editors, videographers, and external partners
→ Helping with content planning and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
→ Improving how we work - if something's inefficient, you'll spot it and fix it
→ Being across what's happening on set, in post, and on socials
No two days will look the same. That's the whole point.
Who we're looking for
Honestly? We care less about your CV and more about your energy and attitude. Here's what matters:
→ You're organised - like, genuinely organised, not 'I think I'm organised'
→ You understand how YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram actually work (not just as a user - as someone who thinks about content)
→ You communicate clearly and follow through on what you say you'll do
→ You're proactive - you don't wait to be told, you see what needs doing and do it
→ You're keen to learn and grow long-term with us, not just looking for a stepping stone
→ You're excited by the creator economy and want to be part of building something big
Experience in content production, media, film, or digital is great - but if you're a recent grad or final year student with the right mindset, we absolutely want to hear from you.
