Position Summary
G.Y.R.O is seeking a highly organised and creative Artist Marketing Coordinator to support our growing artist services team. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign administration, track timelines and approvals and ensure all marketing activity runs smoothly. You’ll also help analyse campaign performance, create pitch materials and support the development of engaging content across digital, social, and physical channels.
Position Objectives
- Administrative Coordination & Wider Marketing Support: Manage the day-to-day administration and coordination of artist marketing projects, acting as the central link, while maintaining timelines, deliverables, approvals and clear campaign documentation. Work closely with artist services (support, publicity, brands, digital marketing etc.) to support the planning, rollout and reporting of campaigns, ensuring all activity stays on brief, on brand and on schedule.
- Data and Reporting: Support the compilation and analysis of marketing campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, while also assisting in the creation of compelling pitch decks, marketing materials and reports that clearly communicate the value of services to artists, labels and other stakeholders.
- Creative & Content Creation: Support the development and execution of creative concepts across digital, social and physical marketing with scope to experiment with UGC and emerging content formats. Coordinate the ideation and creation of assets where requested for the support of the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and coordination tasks for artist marketing projects, including tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals and campaign documentation for the wider marketing team.
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, artists and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain records, organise project files and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the artist services team to plan, rollout and support marketing campaigns, ensuring activities are on brief, on brand and on schedule.
- Track all campaign deliverables, content assets, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with artists and management teams to communicate campaign progress, gather materials and provide updates.
- Assist in creating pitch decks, marketing collateral and campaign reports that clearly communicate performance and insights.
- Collect, compile and analyse campaign performance data across platforms to generate actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate creative content development across digital, social and physical channels.
- Support experimentation with UGC and emerging content formats to enhance campaign engagement.
- Assist in basic accounting and administration tasks, including generating quotes and invoices, running reports and supporting marketing advance reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Passion for music and a desire to help independent artists succeed.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creative thinking and experience in content creation, especially with marketing materials (e.g., social content, pitch decks, reports).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to project management.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven with attention to detail.
- Trend spotting and analytical skills to interpret streaming data and trends.
- Express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communication to both clients and internal staff.
