- Assist with inventory checks and general event logistics
- Monitor back-of-house flow and support artists, performers, and promoters with tech requirements or last-minute changes
- Help with technical maintenance tasks
- Assist with hospitality tasks such as bartending & event ticketing when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in lighting/sound operation (nightclub, live music, or theatre environment preferred)
- A solid understanding of DJ gear (Pioneer CDJs, mixers, etc.) and basic cabling/audio signal paths
- Physically capable of manual handling, lifting and moving equipment
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a “get things done” mindset
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team

- Experience with lighting desks (e.g. MA2/Chauvet/DMX consoles)
- Interest in music, nightlife, or events
- Electrical/tech repair skills
What You Get:
- Hands-on experience in one of Sydney’s most respected nightclub venues
- A close-knit team of creatives and music lovers
- Exposure to international touring artists and professional production environments
- Ongoing opportunities for growth into more senior technical or operations roles
- Award pay + penalty rates + potential for advancement
