Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to elevate our brand through exceptional visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering creative assets across all marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving customer engagement. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of each brand and resonating with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, website banners, lookbooks, and in-store signage.
- Brand Development: Uphold and evolve the brand guidelines for each label, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that align with strategic goals.
- Content Creation: Design assets for seasonal product launches, paid advertising, and partnerships, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, photographers, stylists, and other stakeholders to produce on-brand imagery and graphics.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices to keep the brand’s aesthetic fresh and relevant.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Promotional Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain the promotional calendar for each brand, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and alignment with key business initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, typography, and layout.
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and e-commerce design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
- Experience creating motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
