Summary
Do you have what it takes to lead the social media marketing strategy of an expanding and evolving fashion business?
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for Social Media advertising, content creation, and influencer partnerships. You will lead a growth strategy, delivering impactful creativity that engages customers and keeps them choosing Bohemian Traders.
You will develop and embed brand vision, propositions and creative platforms that drive customer loyalty. You will leverage customer insight and market trends to execute outcome driven marketing plans aimed at brand visibility. You will drive creativity, innovation and impact through social media marketing activity across social platforms. You will influence internally and externally to ensure the voice of the customer is front and centre in our marketing approach.
Your Experience:
To be successful in the role you will be an experienced social media marketing manager with a genuine passion for both the brand and the customer. You will have commercial experience with a focus on delivering impactful creativity. You will have the expertise to harness the power of storytelling to engage diverse audiences and deliver business outcomes.
This is a social media marketing role in an agile business. Moving at pace and shifting seamlessly between strategy and creative execution is critical.
Core Responsibilities:
• Own and govern the social media platform strategy, inclusive of guidelines for how the business and employees should use these channels to positively engage with customers and audiences.
• Execution for critical collection and product launches to external customers including retail store, website content, launch activity and PR
• Actively manage the social media calendar and planning sessions that continue to guide the brand into a connected, cohesive and unified story.

• Develop and grow a customer loyalty program
• Lead the planning and execution of our content strategy, working closely with the Creative Director to plan and promote our brand story in a consistent and unified approach.
• Lead the planning and day-to-day management of the paid media strategy and budget, including social, paid search, and display to promote content across social platforms, ensuring our story reaches the right audience.
• Foster our social influencer and ambassador program that broadens audience reach.
• Analyse engagement and social listening data to develop a deep understanding of customer and audience needs and market trends and recommend actions to optimise engagement and communications to drive growth
• Stay at the forefront of new trends and technologies, actively researching the latest in social media platforms, share new emerging trends and recommendations with the wider marketing team on how they may leverage them to optimise reach and engagement.
• Evaluate & report on customer program metrics & outcomes
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
• Marketing, Communication, or Commerce Tertiary qualifications
• A 4+ years’ of social media marketing and/or brand building experience
• Experience in fashion brands and the graphic design space
• Proven track record of creating and implementing through-the-line campaigns with commercial outcomes
• A positive and proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent relationship management, communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Strong and proven experience in collaborating with both internal creative teams
• An ability to work autonomously, and as a member of a team to deliver competing priorities
• Experience in e-commerce and adjacent platforms including Bigcommerce/Shopify, Searchspring, Klaviyo scheduling platforms
• Excellent skills across retail, digital tools and platforms including Microsoft Office software, all new and developing social media platforms, Adobe Creative suite where possible.
