Hermetica Flowers is A luxury Events and Gifting business based in East Sydney. We service Sydney's finest Restaurants and luxury Fashion Brands, by providing flowers for Events, Weekly Deliveries and Gifting.
A small creative team, we operate from a generous luxury showroom a short walk from Kings Cross station, from which we also host fashion & PR events from on a regular basis.
We are looking for an energetic and personable Studio Administrator to run the day to day operations of the business and take care of incoming sales leads.
Whilst no particular experience is required, we will favour applicants who can demonstrate efficiency in administration & organisation, an interest or experience in floristry / interior design / events, and those who have a team attitude, as we all chip in and work together to get the job done when need be.
Our current administrator will be on Maternity leave from late 2025, however the role is intended to become a full time position. Full training will be provided during this transition period.
A typical day in the role would include the following:
Retrieving and organising online orders from our website (Shopify)
Liasing with couriers for deliveries
Taking inbound sales enquiries and assembling proposals with our creative team. Photoshop experience preferred but not essential
Invoicing using Xero software.
A positive attitude and ability to focus are vital qualities for the successful applicant. Beautiful Handwriting or Calligraphy skills are a huge bonus.
Starting Salary Package is $78,000 - hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
