Social Media and Content Creator Coordinator

Who we’re looking for: We’re searching for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Content Creator Coordinator to join our team. If your feed is filled with skincare, health, and wellness content, you’ll enjoy working across all of the ATS brands as you develop and implement our social media strategies. You know how to create scroll-stopping content, and you’re equally comfortable representing our brands behind or in front of the camera. Not only do you anticipate and react to trends, but you also know how to make your work stand out by taking insight-driven risks.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, finesse, and deliver social media strategies for our brands, primarily working on Skin Control and Four Seasons Condoms. You know how to execute plans, but can make quick decisions and adapt when needed.
• Create high-quality content that grabs attention for all the right reasons. Your out-of-the-box ideas actively grow our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brands remain relevant and innovative. Sudden algorithm change? You’re across it.
• Collaborate with and support our Marketing Manager to align your social media campaigns with our broader marketing strategies.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools to optimise content and engagement. You use a test and learn approach to identity what’s working well, and learn how to improve.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages. You take pride in creating a community that feels positive and interactive.
• Be the star of the show from time to time, presenting in front of the camera to generate social media content like product demonstrations or our take on trends.
• Work closely with our Marketing Manager and Director to create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with our brand identity. Everything from the online world is cohesive with our retail environments.

What we’d like to see:

• Proof you’ve done this before, having held a social media coordinator, content creator, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools, with good instincts for trend forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication – from drafting DMs to presenting your ideas.
• Ability to create high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts, plus reviewing UGC and crediting others when required.
• Creative mindset with an innate ability to find new angles, stories, and brand-building opportunities.
• Comfort engaging with an online audience and being featured on our social media platforms as needed.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the skincare, health, and wellness industry is a plus.
