We’re on the lookout for a motivated and creative Retail & E-Commerce Assistant to join our Glenferrie Road office and store. In this role, you’ll assist with both in-store and online operations and be key in driving our growth. You’ll also have the flexibility to jump onto the shop floor when needed. This casual role (minimum 3 days per week) has the potential to evolve into a full-time, higher-level position as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Maintain our Shopify site to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage orders, and upload new products.
  • Retail Support: Assist with daily store operations, packing online orders, customer service, and handling sales.
  • Social Media: Create engaging, on-brand content for our social platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email campaigns to reach and engage our audience.

You Are:

  • Tech-savvy, with experience in Shopify, Mailchimp, Canva, Photoshop, and Cin7 (or other stock control systems).
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Fashion-passionate, with a creative eye for styling and trends.
  • Customer-focused, offering warm and friendly service to our customers.
  • Independent yet collaborative, thriving in a close-knit, supportive team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to take on varied tasks as needed.
