Part time BDM & admin assistant at #gifted

Who We Are: #gifted is the new way to create unique photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, and social buzz through the power of influencer gifting. #gifted allows brands to connect with creators who authentically want to try their products & services, minimising waste & maximising the effectiveness of their seeding campaigns. It also allows brands to create UGC & reviews at scale, democratizing content creation & increasing conversions. Used by some of Australia’s leading brands like Bondi Sands, Koala, Frank Body and Accor Hotels, and some of your favourite IG and Tiktok creators!

As BDM & admin assistant, part time 3 days a week, you will be joining our founding team with the goal to help us grow the brand, reach new clients, and ensure they have a great experience. You will be a key team member in helping us scale the company and get to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our start up. Your mission? Make us the go-to platform for all things influencer gifting!
• Build & Maintain Relationships: Create and nurture strong connections with potential clients & partners. Your interpersonal skills will be key in turning casual conversations into lasting partnerships.
• Assist team & management: Support the CEO & marketing manager in day-to-day operations, including planning, new marketing initiatives and GTM execution.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Prepare reports and presentations for management to shape initiatives. Your creative mindset and problem-solving skills will drive our success!

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role is ideal. You’ve done this before and you’re ready for a new challenge!
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Your academic background backs up your practical skills.
• Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to market to both businesses and creators. You know how to speak to different audiences.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, project management tools (like Asana, Monday or similar). Your savvy with tech and confident in learning new tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can interact with anyone and everyone, from clients to colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• Team Player: Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working autonomously. You thrive in a team environment but are also great on your own.

Salary:

$70-90k p/annum depending on experience for full time role. We would pro rata this for 3 days a week
