Agent – Fashion & Print Division

Supporting talent across our Fashion and Print division and establishing new relationships and opportunities through appropriate networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience creating talent and model strategies
• Experience managing bookings end to end
• High level experience coordinating shoots across talent, photographers, studio bookings and wardrobe styling
• Experienced in quotes and invoicing
• Experienced with or knowledge of Casting Networks, StarNow, Showcast Pickstar
• Identifying, pitching and arranging appropriate bookings for selected models and talent
• Scouting new faces for the fashion and print boards
• Executing sales and outreach objectives to activate new & existing client relationships for the Fashion and Print division.
• Working collaboratively and strategically with all colleagues in the Fashion & Print team within the Sydney office.
• Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in other state offices towards wholistic business goals.

You Will Have The Following Strengths

• Ability to prepare cohesive 360-degree strategies and marketing to clients
• Thorough understanding of digital media and advertising landscape.
• Networking across key platforms -IG, YouTube, TikTok
• Strong interpersonal networking skills
• Ability to meet set targets and goals
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and direct reports
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of the Australian fashion market
• Strong computer skills including Hubspot, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Quickbooks
