As a Retention Agent you’ll channel your passion for entertainment into daily conversations with our customers. You’ll reestablish their connection with the aspects of Foxtel they’ve valued & enjoyed over the years and uncover additional value in our premium content, products, and services.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted confidant for our customers, actively listening to their concerns and proactively resolving any issues they encounter. By demonstrating the benefits of retaining the Foxtel Service, you’ll influence their decision to stay ensuring they are making an informed decision, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your resilience, persuasive abilities, and genuine helpfulness will play a key role  in transforming conversations and leaving our customers feeling valued and enthusiastic about retaining their Foxtel subscription. To succeed in this role, you will need;

  • Demonstrated passion for entertainment, encompassing television, sports, drama, or movies, is highly valued.
  • A strong inclination towards delivering outstanding customer care.
  • Effective and passionate communication skills, allowing for flexible expression of ideas, are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to meet targets is desirable, alongside a resilient mindset capable of navigating challenges and adapting to changing conditions.
  • You must be resilient and adaptable to change
