As the Marketing Executive at Machine Hall, you will support all marketing initiatives and communications strategies. This role is integral in promoting our diverse range of high-end events, cultural showcases, exhibitions, and creative outlets. You’ll assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies while maintaining our brand integrity across the industry.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness for both corporate events and cultural showcases. Identify target audiences and tailor marketing approaches to engage diverse demographics. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other relevant platforms with a strong ROI.

Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communication channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines for all events to maintain a strong, cohesive brand image.

 

Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including copy, visuals, videos, and other multimedia materials.  Manage content calendars and distribution channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, Edms and other platforms to maximise audience engagement and reach.

 

Public Relations and Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media personnel, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure coverage for aligned events. Develop PR strategies to enhance visibility and maintain Machine Hall’s brand identity. Develop crisis management strategies to minimise negative exposure in the public for varied situations.

 

Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.

 

Collaboration: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including event producers, cultural curators, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • – 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the events, hospitality, cultural, or creative industries.
  • – Proven track record in supporting and implementing successful marketing strategies,
  • – including digital marketing, PR, and brand management.
  • – Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • – Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • – Experience in promoting events, exhibitions, or creative events would be highly advantageous.
  • – Certifications or additional training in digital marketing, branding, or public relations.
