About us: The Convenience Group comprises three agencies with a common purpose: improving human health and wellbeing. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital design and a proactive, team-first attitude to join our collaborative team.

Convenience Advertising is Australia’s bathroom advertising network, delivering high impact awareness and behaviour change campaigns across a wide range of public health issues. Utility Creative builds apps, websites and software to prevent chronic illness and improve public health. Diginostic is Australia’s leading developer of digital health-related applications for medical professionals committed to preventing illness and chronic disease. 

Through our unique mix of advertising, creative communications and digital technology expertise – driven by data and human experience every step of the way – we deliver accessible, measurable marketing and public health campaigns and world-leading online medical screening tools. 

The role: Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will use your skills in digital design design and marketing to develop strategies and create content that not only elevates our three brands but also promotes public health awareness and positive social change. 

You’ll be instrumental in crafting visually compelling content across eDMs, websites, blogs, advertising creative, social media, video production, publications and presentations to engage and educate a wide range of audiences. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative and impactful marketing content focused on public health initiatives.
  • Support the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans across our three agencies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support with research projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital design or a related discipline, with a minimum two years’ experience working in digital design or marketing roles.
  • High proficiency in digital design software (including Adobe Creative Suite –InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create visually compelling content.
  • Proven ability to understand and implement design briefs, using high level creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools, including EDM software platforms, website content management systems, CRM databases, Google Analytics, SEO and UX best practice.
  • Someone with a team-first attitude and a curious mind who cares about delivering quality, meaningful work.

Based in our Fitzroy national headquarters, this is ideally a full-time role, however we would consider a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
