As Logistics Co-Ordinator you will manage all aspects of Trading in Style Processing Operations. This includes managing and coordinating all aspects of processing, packing and post on a daily basis.

 Additionally, you will liaise with the Consignment and Returns Department to ensure a cohesive operation.

 What you will do

> Maintain and manage the current logistic processes

> Pull all sales from daily edits, website and store 

> Pack and post daily orders 

> liaise with customers on a daily basis in regards to their orders, and offer excellent customer service 

> Ability to lead by example and manage staff as needed

> Make improvements and recommendation of processes

> Liaise with freight forwarders/logistics on all incoming and outgoing deliveries

> Liaise effectively and proactively with suppliers and always demonstrate commercial acumen and professionalism

> Ad hoc duties as required by management

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience

> 2+ year’s experience in a similar role

> Advanced knowledge of Shopify

> Logistically minded with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

> Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to assist in any area required

> Positive can-do attitude

> Extremely organised with high accuracy and strong attention to detail

> Highly focused to ensure accuracy and minimise errors

> Foresight to see where help is required and offer to step in and assist

> Ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment

> Efficient time management skills and the ability to multi-task and operate under pressure

> Excellent written and verbal communication skills

> Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with both internal and external suppliers and stakeholders

> Disciplined and able to work independently and work well with internal teams

> Strong team player

> Strong belief in sustainable and ethical business practices with the conviction and desire to ensure this filters through all areas of the business

> Ability to anticipate issues and threats, ability to take initiative in problem-solving
