Marketing Intern - MONDAY Haircare

Join the team at MONDAY Haircare, the #1 haircare brand on TikTok, as our social media intern to support the brand as we launch new products, in new cities, and create amazing content, campaigns, and IRL activations on a global scale. Our internship starts at 3-days per week for 3-months in the Sydney office. What we are looking for: 

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and influencers
• Knowledge of analytical tools
• Creative mindset
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team
• Ideal to have prior work experience in social media

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Influencer activity –sourcing influencers, managing send outs with 3PLs, reporting
• Content creation and briefing – to support activity including new product launches, retailer marketing, social posts and more
• New product launch support – mood boards, content briefing, content ideation, influencer sourcing  
• Market research – supporting the wider beauty team by researching and sharing the latest beauty news  
• Reporting –compiling reports for various activities including social performance and influencer campaigns  
• 3PL management – working with Marketing Coordinator to manage 3PLs in global markets
