    About the Opportunity:

    Lucas Restaurants is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing portfolio.

    This role will assist the Creative Department in creating branded communications and creative assets for the rapidly growing portfolio of Lucas Restaurants. This role is responsible for printed and digital marketing materials, collateral and printed assets.

    The Junior Graphic Designer will work within established brand guidelines to originate new designs based on project needs, while also offering an out-of-the-box approach to help evolve current branding materials. This individual should be passionate about hospitality and will require a thorough understanding of each restaurant’s personality.

    This position will report directly to the Senior Creative, supported by our Mid-Weight creative.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Operations Collateral – Create, maintain, and evolve branded communications for each restaurant as needed – includes but is not limited to restaurant menus, restaurant signage, email communications, newsletters and printed collateral
    • Company Documents – Work with the executive team and partners on the design of company decks and presentations
    • Other Marketing Collateral – Assist in the design and production of marketing materials like banners and specialty packaging
    • Email & Communications – Work with the Digital Marketing Brand teams on the design of marketing emails, website, and social media assets

    The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

    • Adobe Suite – Mastery of InDesign and Illustrator, Skilled in Photoshop
    • A strong portfolio showcasing mastery of composition, design, colour, typefaces, etc.
    • Ability to manage several projects at once across varied brand identities
    • A love of all things hospitality
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively convey ideas, receive feedback and collaborate with team members
    • Studies in Graphic Design or equivalent
    • Full-time availability
