Freelance Copywriters

The Natives, a leading brand and eCommerce design agency in Australia, is looking for talented freelance copywriters to work with us directly and with our clients so we can put ChatGPT in the bin where it belongs.

At The Natives, we specialise in helping brands stand out in a crowded digital landscape. From startups to established eCommerce brands and occasionally property and corporate.

As a freelance copywriter, you’ll be responsible for creating captivating content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences. From crafting engaging one-liners to developing in-depth long-form copy, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your versatility and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling brand narratives that capture the essence of our clients’ offerings.
• Write persuasive copy that drives conversions and sales.
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements:

• Experience as a creative copywriter (of all levels), ideally within the branding or e-commerce space.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into captivating copy.
• Ability work on specifically either brand strategy, website copy, emails, blogs and / errrrrthing. 
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align copywriting efforts with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Can work from anywhere Australia or NZ wide.
