VEHLA is seeking a Customer Service and General Manager Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for customer service and community engagement on our social media accounts, as well as assisting our General Manager with influencer and digital marketing strategies. 

About the role:

Customer service:

  • Be the first point of contact for all of VEHLA’s customers and influencers on Instagram 
  • Engage with our community and provide exceptional customer service ensuring that all DMs are replied to daily
  • Understand our brand, product and policies and use this knowledge to assist customers
  • Develop and support current and future workflow management processes

General Manager Support: 

  • Monitoring content / media coverage across social media platforms whilst notifying the team with any notable placements and new talent collaboration opportunities. 
  • Assist in growing and running VEHLA’s global influencer partnership program 
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team by assisting with ad hoc tasks within the business

About you:

  • Genuine interest in customer service and influencer / digital marketing within the luxury space. 
  • Excellent written, administrative, communication & customer service skills
  • Shows initiative, able to learn quickly, make decisions and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Friendly, professional and persuasive attitude
  • Loves VEHLA!

Skills:

  • Gorgias / Dropbox / Gmail / Slack / Pages / Shopify / Notion
  • Ability to learn fast, especially new technologies e.g. Slack, DocuSign, AI
  • Knowledge of Excel

Nature of the Role:

  • WFH remote role with occasional in-person team meetings
  • Video calls daily
  • Must be Sydney-based
  • Flexible work hours
