We are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator with a minimum of 6 months – 1 year of experience, where 1-2 internship placements is highly regarded.

Who are WE looking for? 

We are looking for a passionate Digital Account Coordinator to join our Digital Team. The role will be responsible for providing digital craft and account service support across clients in our Digital, Strategy and Creative Department (DXT). The key purpose of the position is to assist in the day-to-day execution. This may include diving into research analytics, getting stuck into content development across social channels, inspiring ideas across creative brainstorms or providing client account support across core projects. Training will be provided as required.

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Supporting the team in implementing day-to-day client account activities effectively; 
  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence to ensure everything is always kept up to date.
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate via tracked dashboards and/or tracked Excels.
  • Assist in creative ideation, participating in brainstorms and creative briefing to our in-house Creative Studio Team.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital platform trends and best practices and providing recommendations to team members and clients as required.
  • Assist team members in the research and insights to build strategy and approach with an awareness of your client’s industry, products, business culture, and competition.
  • Assist with content development across channels including but not limited to social media content calendars to ensure copy and creative is on brief.
  • Assist in building out campaigns on channel including targeting segments, A/B testing etc.
  • Assist across search engine marketing efforts including learning SEO best practices, building out keyword plans.
  • Assist in tracking analytics, building reports and refining how to communicate insights.
  • Support agency business development through research, competitor audits, formatting of presentations and other work as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

What sets YOU apart? 

Ideally, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arts, Business or a related discipline.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience required. 
  • 1-2 internship placements is highly regarded. 
  • Experience across longform writing and social media profile management for businesses will be highly regarded.  
  • Faster learner e.g. learn and build independence in delivering content calendars, reports, sending agendas, attending client meetings. 
  • Ability to work across a number of accounts and develop good management skills.  
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks. 
  • Overtime develop core media skills including media releases, fact sheets and media pitches.  
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support consultants with all administrative tasks.  
  • Ability to format presentations and organisation client materials including printing and binding with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with consultants, suppliers and external stakeholders.  
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines. 
  • Possess exceptional communications skills and enthusiasm.  
  • Client and business environment, Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist.  

 

Essential Criteria

  • High level information technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
