As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re on the hunt for a vibrant and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director your duties and responsibilities include:  

  • Provide personalised experiences to each customer and analyse feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through emails, calls, blogs, social media, and more.
  • Strive to give every customer the A-Grade, Top Notch, sourcey.m experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Work in our onsite warehouse and assist production to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Accept courier deliveries and maintain great relationships through friendly banter.
  • Encourage Google and Facebook reviews from clients to boost our SEO.
  • Liaise with accounts to inform them of deliveries so payment prompts can be sent.
  • Assist Graphic Designer in building and managing the online shops
  • Collaborate with iconic brands like Crown Resorts, Pepsi, Austereo Network, and Google, managing showroom samples and client deliveries to drive new business.

 

Skills and experience required 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing, time-sensitive customer needs.
  • Passionate and initiative-driven; a go-getter who brings fresh ideas and gets things done.
  • Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience.
