About The Role:

If you are looking for a dynamic role in content production and social media management within the real estate industry then this is for you! As a content producer you will help bring digital content expertise to the creative brainstorming processes for content ideas and creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and research new content ideas that are in line with trending topics and sounds on social media
Liaise with our marketing agencies to make sure the strategy between emails, ads and organic content are in line every month
Organise with the marketing coordinator what posts/content is required to be produced for the month
Create a monthly schedule of monthly organic content that needs to be produced
Efficiently manage content calendars and production timelines to ensure timely delivery and consistent posting frequency.
Dive into the data to track the performance of content and ensure success
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop, design, and distribute marketing collateral in line with the annual marketing strategy and business plan.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days from our brand new office (Macquarie Park) and 2 days remote as work from home. The office is in a high profile, modern campus featuring outstanding amenity including a child care, gymnasium, large licensed café, metered street parking available for visitors and new end of trip facilities including showers, lockers and change rooms.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Macquarie Park Railway/metro station and bus stops as well as paid parking availability. The property also benefits from its proximity to the M2 Motorway providing a direct link to Sydney’s CBD, Hills District, North Sydney and South to the airport via the Eastern Distributor.
