Casual Sales Assistant

We are in search of a passionate and dynamic individual who will strive to be value-driven in our Armadale boutique.

Join our team as a Casual Sales Associate (Saturdays only) and become an integral part of our success story. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences while driving the achievement of key targets.

In this role you will:

• Be a Loom Towels brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
• Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Naturally create loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
• Accurately and efficiently complete store operations
• Maintain brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
• Be responsible, highly organised, use initiative and work proactively

The successful applicant will have strong retail experience in boutique/small environments and be comfortable, confident and trustworthy working independently. This role may suit an individual with an interest in textiles, interior design, architecture or fashion, who is studying or working part-time. A mature mindset, friendly nature and great communication skills are a must.

Loom Towels designs and produces luxurious organic towels and textiles for the home – hand woven in Turkey and designed in Melbourne.
