About Us:
We are a growing Australian homeware brand based in Sydney, focused on providing high-quality products to the B2B market. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our small team, assisting the Sales Director in sales and social media activities, contributing to our brand strategy, and driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales Director in managing and expanding our B2B client base, focusing on homeware and fashion wholesale.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries promptly.

Social Media Coordination:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content.
- Utilize graphic design skills to produce high-quality visuals for social media and marketing campaigns.

Brand Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market.
- Assist in overseeing website development and online marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Data Analysis & ERP:
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline business processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in homeware or fashion wholesale.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in brand strategy and social media account management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong Excel skills.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong sense of fashion and interest in interior design.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
