Part-Time (4 days a week), Hybrid Working Environment

About Us:

We are a growing Australian homeware brand based in Sydney, focused on providing high-quality products to the B2B market. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our small team, assisting the Sales Director in sales and social media activities, contributing to our brand strategy, and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist the Sales Director in managing and expanding our B2B client base, focusing on homeware and fashion wholesale.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries promptly.
  • Social Media Coordination:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
    • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content.
    • Utilize graphic design skills to produce high-quality visuals for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Strategy:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market.
    • Assist in overseeing website development and online marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Data Analysis & ERP:

    • Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in homeware or fashion wholesale.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in brand strategy and social media account management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strong Excel skills.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong sense of fashion and interest in interior design.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
