Role Description

GYROstream is looking for an excellent people and project manager with plenty of experience in executing complex and timely marketing campaigns.


This role assists in growing GYROstream’s artist services arm to help drive growth for priority artists across socials, publicity and streaming partnerships.


The role requires a candidate who has extensive experience in client relations, business management skills, data analytics skills, partnership management and reporting.


The job requires an exceptional project manager. A confident, enthusiastic and results-driven person who thrives on getting the details right through using good processes. You will be responsible for overseeing release campaigns and working alongside artists and management, whilst managing internal communications between teams across an artist project.





Effectively Manage and Execute Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns for GYROstream’s artists, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined goals. This involves detailed project management, timeline creation, resource allocation, and performance tracking.


Foster Collaboration and Communication:

Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (such as publicity, digital marketing, A&R, and streaming partnerships) and external stakeholders (artists, managers, media, and industry professionals). Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication to facilitate seamless campaign execution.


Monitor and Optimise Campaign Performance:

Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics. Regularly report on outcomes to the Head of Marketing, providing insights and recommendations for optimising future campaigns. Continuously improve processes based on performance data and feedback.


Ensure Alignment with Overall Marketing Strategy:

Ensure that all artist marketing activities and campaigns align with GYROstream’s overall marketing strategy and objectives set by the Head of Marketing. Support the strategic goals of the company by executing marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.





  • Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies for GYROstream’s artists, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Forecast and manage project-based marketing budgets in line with campaign objectives.
  • Keep detailed records, analyse data and create regular reports for the executive team to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Lead the artist marketing department under the direction of the Head of Marketing, providing clear direction and setting performance standards for team members.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns for artists and events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with the Publicity and Partnerships Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and Streaming Partnerships Manager to ensure campaign success
  • Develop and implement reporting systems to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the artist marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet budget targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (A&R, Digital Marketing, Streaming Partnerships) to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with artists, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Become intimately familiar with the GYRO group catalogue and assist in advising releases and artists for Sync briefs and brand opportunities.
  • Cover artist related tasks and projects for the Head of Marketing when they are on leave.



Role Requirements

  • Attention to detail, while being able to prioritize, multi-task and delegate.
  • Express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communication to both clients and internal staff
  • You are extremely organised and are able to collate and present information and data in a beneficial manner
  • You have the ability to create and maintain relationships with artists and external artist teams
  • You have knowledge and interest in a broad spectrum of music and music cultures
  • You’re able to demonstrate a deep understanding of fan engagement, social trends, audience connection and music consumption drivers. Using this knowledge you make both creative and data driven decisions to achieve outcomes.
  • You have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and are proficient in key platforms such as meta business suite, google advertising platforms including YouTube, Spotify Ad Studio and TikTok ads manager.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure along with proven problem solving abilities
  • You can work with a range of cross-functional teams across a large catalogue and multiple types of business structures
  • You care about attention to detail, formatting and presentation.
  • Use appropriate language and tone, and maintain a respectful demeanor in all interactions. maintaining professionalism
