This is an exciting volunteer role with a talented team of professionals. The role will support in the delivery of this campaign internally and assist the Campaign Coordinator with expanding corporate partnerships opportunities with The March Charge 2025.

About the role
The focus of this role is to identify and recruit Australian Run Clubs to partner with The March Charge 2025 by actively promoting the fundraiser on social channels and amongst their Run Clubs communities
Reporting to the Campaigns Coordinator, the position of Volunteer Campaign Assistant will focus on supporting in the following areas:
Run Clubs Outreach
- Build a database of Run Clubs leads.
- Run Clubs Outreach over social as well as over the phone to pitch TMC partnership opportunity.
- Building relationship with Run Clubs partners and providing set of social media tiles to share, boosting visibility for the fundraiser while promoting participation and contributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our shared folders.
Marketing collateral
- Support the delivery of TMC Club Outreach social media tiles including drafting and scheduling social media posts.
- Work cooperatively with Cancer Council Coordinator.
- Participating in team WIPs and one on one meetings
- Assist with administration duties as required.

- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with supporters
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- An interest in events, marketing and the not-for-profit sector
- Great organisational skills
- High level computer literacy in Microsoft Office and using online platforms
