About the Role
As Senior Advertising & Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth and driving innovative commercial opportunities across New South Wales. Reporting to the Head of NSW Partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of new business development, cultivating key market relationships, and closing high-value deals. Your success will come from balancing Pedestrian Group’s ambitions with your clients' goals to develop campaigns that stand out and deliver impact.
This role spans Pedestrian.TV, Pedestrian TELEVISION, Pedestrian JOBS & Open Air Cinema giving you the opportunity to harness our diverse content and transform it into exceptional client campaigns. If you’re a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Crush sales targets and exceed revenue goals quarter after quarter.
- Drive commercial output by identifying new revenue streams and bringing fresh ideas to life.
- Pitch, close, and grow business with new and existing clients across all Pedestrian platforms—Native, Video, Podcast, Activations, Events, and more.
- Build rock-solid relationships with decision-makers at all levels—from media planners to senior executives.
- Craft killer client proposals, from compelling storyboards to distribution strategies, ensuring every campaign aligns with client objectives and delivers results.
- Lead with a digital-first mindset, helping shape future sales strategies and products in collaboration with our national team.
- Stay on top of industry trends and use insights to build market-leading campaigns.
- Build relationships and have in market presence with brands and agencies to uncover new business opportunities and upsell current clients.
- Provide accurate financial reporting to measure your impact and maintain transparency.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is tracked with precision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in sales and online advertising, with a passion for closing deals.
- Strong network of advertiser relationships across agencies and brands.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising and the latest industry trends.
- Exceptional communicator, outgoing, and skilled at building professional relationships.
- Adept at leading in a fast-paced environment with an eye on both details and the big picture.
- Active in industry events, always on the lookout for networking opportunities.
- In tune with pop culture and what’s trending among young Australians.
