Emedia Campaigns and ShowTicks are looking for a talented Sales, Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based team.
This is not a routine administration role.
You will work directly with clients and our Managing Director across event setup, ticketing, marketing campaigns, website content, customer support, software testing, sales coordination and on-site event operations.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be building an event in our ticketing platform, preparing campaign content or assisting a client. The next, you could be testing new software, supporting an event launch or helping deliver operations at a major live event.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up events, ticket types, pricing and customer journeys
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, EDMs and digital content
- Updating websites and event information
- Supporting clients using our VenueNET and ShowTicks platforms
- Responding to customer and ticketing enquiries
- Coordinating sales leads, proposals and client follow-ups
- Testing software updates and reporting issues
- Preparing reports and event documentation
- Assisting with scanning, ticketing and event operations on site
- Working across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Learns new software and processes quickly
- Is highly organised and attentive to detail
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is confident using computers, websites and online platforms
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Has a practical, solutions-focused attitude
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Has some understanding of websites, content management systems or basic HTML
- Has a genuine interest in live events, entertainment, marketing or technology
Experience in ticketing, events, marketing, sales support, digital platforms or customer service would be highly regarded, but attitude, initiative and the ability to learn are just as important.

Emedia Campaigns is a Brisbane-based event marketing, technology and ticketing company with more than 25 years of experience supporting concerts, festivals, sporting events and major public experiences.
Through our VenueNET and ShowTicks platforms, we provide online ticketing, event websites, marketing, customer communications, reporting and on-site event technology.
We are a small, hands-on and fast-moving team. You will work closely with experienced people, have direct involvement in real projects and gain exposure to multiple areas of the live events industry.
