Bonnie and Neil is Australia's most-loved homewares brand, known for delivering beautiful, inspiring and artful ranges of luxury linen products for the home.
We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for a casual role between 2-3 days per week.
This junior role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
- Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
- Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
- Have an eye for detail
- Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
- Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
- Be self-motivated, a good problem solver and adaptable
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
- Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)
Reporting to the management team, key tasks for this role include:
- Picking, packing and shipping eComm and wholesale orders
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control and inventory checks
- Liaising with team members to solve customer issues
- Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales.
- Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace
- General administrative duties
