Hermetica Flowers is A luxury Events and Gifting business based in East Sydney.
We service Sydney's finest Restaurants and luxury Fashion Brands, by providing flowers for Events, Weekly Deliveries and Gifting.
As a small creative team, we operate from a generous luxury showroom a short walk from Kings Cross station, from where we also host fashion & PR events on a regular basis.
We are looking for an energetic and personable Calligrapher and Studio Administrator to write beautifully presented personal messages as well as share the responsibility of day to day operations including care of incoming sales leads.
We are looking for applicants who have a talent for calligraphy and an eye for design who can demonstrate efficiency in administration & organisation. An interest or experience in floristry / interior design / events, and those who have a team attitude will be highly regarded, as we all chip in and work together to get the job done when need be.
Our current administrator will be there to support you with daily office tasks and our team is ready to nurture you through your training.
Aside from writing all the daily calligraphy messages for our floral orders, a typical day in the office would include the following:
- đź“· Finessing and photographing our floral designs
- đź’» Taking inbound sales enquiries and assembling design proposals with our creative team. Photoshop experience preferred but not essential.
- đź“Ą Retrieving and organising online orders from our website (Shopify)
- đźšš Liaising with couriers for deliveries
- ✍️ Beautiful handwriting, a positive attitude and ability to focus are vital qualities for the successful applicant. Design experience, photography or videography skills will be a huge bonus.
Starting Salary Package is $78,000 including super - hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
