Responsibilities:
· Overseeing process of background talent joining books (adding new talent into web databases/uploading talent’s photos, booking interviews/photoshoots, responding/following-up paperwork matters via email and phone)
- Assisting with data entry for payroll/bookings
- Manning of phones/switchboard operation, filing, helping out with all administrative matters related to the everyday running of the agency
- Providing IT/customer support via phone and email
- Assisting across all facets of the business including booking/casting talent, creating suggestions links, sending out call times
Skills/qualities we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service
- Communication/correspondence via phone and email
- Administration
- Writing (good grasp of the English language, written and oral)
- IT-savvy
- Strong time management, organisation & planning
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to take direction and work autonomously
