Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily space setup and presentation
- Reception cover – greet every guest and member with a warm, friendly welcome
- Restock kitchen goodies and keep the coffee flowing ☕
- Complete admin tasks with attention to detail
- Create event posters using Canva
- Manage Instagram posts and community updates
- Answer calls and direct messages with professionalism
- Set up and pack down meeting rooms
- Organise mail and parcels
- Onboard new members and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide general member support and troubleshooting
- Organise catering for member events and meetings
- Assist with social and community events to bring people together
- Work closely with the Space Leader to keep everything running smoothly
- Occasional errand running

- All experience levels considered, though retail or hospitality backgrounds are highly regarded
- A natural people-person with a warm, approachable, and chatty manner
- Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life
- Professional, reliable, and always willing to roll up your sleeves
