Enspired+ is a boutique creative agency based in Sydney, and we’re on the hunt for a mid-level Social Media Coordinator to help manage day-to-day content for our travel and lifestyle clients. (Note: This is a behind-the-scenes role, not for influencers.)
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about content, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves and support client accounts with strong visuals and great copy.
The Role (approx. 20 hrs/week, WFH Sydney-Based):
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (Pinterest and LinkedIn could be a bonus)
- Create static posts and Reels using Canva (bonus if you’re handy with Adobe Suite)
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions
- Monitor comments and community engagement
- Stay on top of trends and help brainstorm new content ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years' experience in social media or content creation (agency or brand side)
- Strong Canva skills and a great eye for design
- Confident with caption writing, social scheduling tools, and TikTok/IG trends
- Super organised, responsive and great with deadlines
- May occasionally need to capture content on-site but this can be discussed per candidate
