Brand & Marketing Manager - Role Overview
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Bean Squeeze’s brand identity and marketing initiatives. This role ensures that every customer touchpoint—from store aesthetics and product packaging to staff presentation and digital presence—aligns with our brand values and vision. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic thinker who can integrate traditional marketing practices with a strong focus on physical brand presence, ensuring a cohesive and memorable experience for our customers all aligned with Bean Squeeze’s “Leave Happier” philosophy.
This is a full-time role based in Grovedale, Geelong (travel to our stores will also be required).
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve the Bean Squeeze brand identity across all platforms and physical locations.
- Oversee the design and implementation of point-of-sale materials, packaging, uniforms, and store aesthetics.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure brand consistency in visual merchandising and customer experience.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.
New Product Launch Marketing & Promotions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns to support product rollouts across digital, in-store, and community channels.
- Coordinate with operations and product development teams to align launch strategies with store capabilities and customer expectations.
Creative Direction
- Work closely with designers and external agencies to create visually appealing content for both digital and physical media.
- Oversee photography, videography, and graphic design projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
Customer Experience
- Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the brand’s promise of quality and service.
- Gather customer feedback to continually refine and improve the brand experience.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product development, and store teams to integrate brand strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in marketing and branding tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role.
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software).
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This is a standalone role without direct reports, requiring frequent multi-tasking and initiative.
- Office-based with regular visits to store locations for oversight and implementation of branding and marketing activities.
- Occasional travel may be required for market research and coordination with external partners.
