As we expand, we are looking for a talented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team, with a focus on performance marketing.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator who will focus on performance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a strong background in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Shopify, Dot Digital or Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Yotpo, and CIN7 (understanding).
- Proficient in communication and project management tools like Slack, Google Drive, Trello, and Notion.
- Must be comfortable working with small teams.
- Ideally have startup experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest, and email marketing (Dot Digital/Klaviyo).
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Execute and refine EDM campaigns, focusing on segmentation, automation, and maximizing email-driven revenue.
- Utilize A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance data to continually improve campaign results.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align digital strategies with overall brand goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics, including CAC, CPC, ROAS, and CTR, with actionable insights.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing in e-commerce or related fields.
- Proficient in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and EDM platforms (Dot Digital or similar).
- Strong knowledge of performance tracking, reporting tools, and data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for achieving measurable results and a focus on ROI.
