About the Role 

CW are looking for a part-time marketing and communications coordinator with a strong interest in design architecture to join the team. 

The role is flexible, however minimum 3 days per week.

The role will be working across all marketing and communications activities of the firm, including; social media, traditional media, and preparing submissions for Architecture Awards. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage all social media accounts (including Instagram with 48k followers), posting, and community management 
  • Create content for social media, website, EDM. 
  • Writing for and developing quarterly EDM (via Mailchimp) 
  • Help curate and promote our awards submissions
  • Respond to enquiries and proactively seek media exposure for our projects and the studio across various media platforms. 

About You 

The ideal candidate will be a student or recent graduate of a marketing or communications course. To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have; 

  • Undertaking or completed a course in marketing or communications 
  • A strong interest in architecture and design 
  • Strong communications skills 
  • Competency in Adobe creative suite (particularly Indesign and Photoshop) 
  • Photography / graphic design skills will be a bonus
