The Role and What You’ll Do:

As the Creator Partnerships Manager at Silverfox Mgmt, you will be responsible for managing a roster of diverse talent. Reporting to the CEO, you will nurture talent, service client needs, seek new business and PR opportunities, drive revenue growth, and foster industry relationships with a particular focus on our new UGC Creators division.

Talent Management: Identify, nurture, and guide talent to reach their full potential, ensuring their success.

Promotion of Talent: Devise and implement effective promotion strategies to enhance opportunities and secure lucrative commercial, editorial, and digital content work.

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships to maximise business opportunities.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the agency, with a focus on expanding and enhancing the Creators division, aligning with Silverfox Mgmt’s brand and objectives.

Revenue Building Opportunities: Identify and pursue revenue-building opportunities for content creators, including brand collaborations, events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.

Networking: Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brands, casting directors, PR agencies, photographers, advertising agencies, and digital platforms, sourcing opportunities for our roster.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues within the agency (throughout our Melbourne/ Sydney/ NZ offices) and the broader network, ensuring alignment with Silverfox Mgmt’s brand and values.

Talent Relationships: Foster and manage relationships with our talent, sharing insights and creating individual strategies for the talent

Finding and Signing New Talent: Actively scout for and sign new content creators, influencers and models who align with Silverfox Mgmt’s vision and brand values.

Administrative Duties: Efficiently manage talent charts, emails, job requests, input invoicing details and other administrative tasks.

Talent Development: Collaborate with industry experts and the wider team to nurture and develop new talent who will resonate with our clients. 

Reporting and Collaboration: Report to the CEO and work alongside our other agents, ensuring alignment with Silverfox Mgmt’s strategic directives and local goals.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to new talent and creators sharing expertise to help them secure paid work and exceed clients expectations.

Onboarding: Onboard r new content creators and talent, manage talent profiles using our CRM system and ensuring a smooth transition into the agency

Pitch and Submit Talent for Jobs: Actively seek opportunities and pitch talent to relevant stakeholders as well as submitting talent for jobs based on incoming client briefs.

PR/ Gifting /Event opportunities: Create and manage PR / gifting/ event opportunities for talent.

You Have These:

  • Strong understanding of content creation/ UGC and influencer industry.
  • Self-starter, driven, and not afraid to wear different hats
  • Strong team player, but equally as strong working independently and alone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong industry contacts 
  • Great networking and people skills
  • Ability to remain focused and manage multiple workloads and projects
  • Ability to identify commercially viable talent and content creators
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from all departments
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the talent/ model/ influencer/creator/ PR/ management industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the market
  • Tech-savvy with CRM booking software, social media and PR platforms 
  • Previous experience in the modelling/ PR/ content creation industries (desired but not essential)
