Company Overview:

Front Office Co is a contemporary fashion brand based in Melbourne, known for blending workwear, sportswear, and military styles into well-crafted clothing. We produce engaging video content across multiple platforms, focusing on design, craftsmanship, and storytelling. We are looking for a Creative Content Producer to join our team and help elevate our video content with creative storytelling, motion graphics, and dynamic production techniques.

Position Overview:

As the Creative Content Producer, you will collaborate with the founder to manage the production process from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will oversee content production, editing, scheduling, and publishing across various platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can balance technical execution with creative vision, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Pre-Production & Planning:

•Manage the content calendar and ensure timely releases across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Substack.

•Plan and coordinate video shoots and production schedules.

2.Shooting & Recording:

•Assist in filming both short-form and long-form content, capturing key moments and ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.

3.Editing:

•Edit videos for short-form and long-form content across different platforms, ensuring high-quality production and consistency in visual style.

4.Uploading, Optimising & Posting:

•Upload and optimise videos for multiple platforms, ensuring correct formats, SEO optimisation, and on-time delivery.

5.Thumbnails & Titles:

•Create engaging thumbnails and SEO-friendly titles to boost engagement and reach.

6.Performance Tracking & Analytics:

•Track and analyse content performance across platforms and suggest improvements for future content.

Qualifications:

•3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content management.

•Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video editing software (Adobe After Effects preferred but not required).

•Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on managing multiple content streams.

•Experience optimising video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

•Creative storytelling ability with a focus on maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

•Interest in fashion, particularly workwear, sportswear, and military influences.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$35–$55 AUD per hour, depending on experience.
