Stanley House Studios is seeking a dynamic and energetic Influencer & Social Media Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, starting immediately. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position who is ready to hit the ground running. As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with influencers and creators across various industries, including travel, alcohol (with a keen understanding of ABAC regulations), and hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, hard-working, and always goes above and beyond to ensure success in every campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and research relevant influencers, from micro to macro, predominantly within Sydney and across Australia.
Manage and maintain relationships with creators and influencers in our network, ensuring successful collaborations.
Match the right talent to brand campaigns and collaborations based on campaign needs and audience fit.
Brief and onboard new creators for specific campaigns, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
Assist in growing and shaping our talent community, ensuring a diverse range of creators.
Support creator-led campaigns, shoots, and content collaborations, contributing to their success.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish.
Leverage existing relationships with talent managers and agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage contracts, negotiations, and briefing templates with talent.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience working with influencers across travel, alcohol, and hospitality sectors.
An understanding of ABAC regulations for alcohol-based campaigns.
Existing relationships with talent managers and agencies.
A strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, and briefing templates.
A bubbly, hard-working attitude, always willing to go above and beyond for the team.
A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
