My client, Born Bred Talent, is one of Australia’s leading talent and influencer management agencies. They represent some of the most exciting creators in the market and work with iconic brands across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Managing Director and serve as the calm, capable force that keeps the business running smoothly.

This is not a traditional admin role. This is a senior EA position for someone who wants to be deeply embedded in the rhythm of the business, trusted at the highest level, and relied upon to keep everything moving seamlessly.

This role is on-site and Sydney CBD-based.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be the MD’s right hand and the “eyes and ears” of the office. You’ll protect the MD’s time, anticipate needs, manage priorities and ensure the business continues to operate smoothly, especially when she’s out of the office.

With no separate Office Manager or junior admin layer, this role plays a pivotal part in office facilitation, executive support and day-to-day coordination across the agency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

High-level diary, inbox and priority management for the Managing Director
Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and decision-filter
Preparing briefings, presentations, agendas and follow-ups
Ensuring actions and commitments are tracked and delivered
Keeping the office running smoothly and professionally
Coordinating suppliers, facilities, IT troubleshooting and logistics
Supporting Board and leadership meetings
Acting as a central communication conduit across the business
Ensuring continuity, calm and clarity when the MD is away
