Title: Production Assistant
Location: Head Office, Erina NSW
Reporting to: Design Manager
Employment: FT of PPT dependent on negotiation

As part of our production team, you’ll be helping bring these stories to life, supporting the journey from CAD to finished garment with precision, collaboration, and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Design Manager across all stages of the critical path from development to
delivery
• Draft and Raise purchase orders and maintain production tracking documents
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to manage timelines and quality
expectations
• Monitor sample and bulk production statuses; ensure approvals are met on time
• Assist with garment fittings, sample labeling, and production notes
• Complete Tec Packs
• Manage and track shipments, logistics documentation, and import processes
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming production
• Organise and archive samples, swatches, trims, and lab dips
• Maintain data integrity across PLM, WIPs, and internal systems
• Support photoshoot coordination with sample tracking and returns
What We’re Looking For
• 2-3 years experience in a production, product development, or fashion operations role
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of garment construction and production timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM systems (or willingness to learn)
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines with grace and a calm, solution-focused mindset
• Passion for fashion and alignment with our brands’ values
Bonus Points
• Experience working with offshore factories and suppliers
• Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation
