ARC | CLIENT SERVICES
The Client Services role is an entry-level position designed for someone seeking to start a career in film and advertising. Based in our Alexandria office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while providing exceptional client service. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in creative industry.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently, managing day-to-day client services, and supporting administrative functions. Flexibility with working hours and a current driver’s license are preferred.
This is advertised as a Part-Time position, with potential for Full-Time contract.
This is first-and-foremost a hospitality-focused role and would best suit someone with cafe or restaurant experience.
The Client Services role will be responsible for the following:
Client Services Primary Duties
− Open the office daily, ensuring all common areas and suites are clean, organised, and inviting.
− Greet and welcome clients, directors, and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after.
− Collaborate with the Production team and Artists to manage client visits, ensuring a seamless experience.
− Prepare and serve simple food and beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, light snacks).
− Coordinate and set up lunch catering as required.
− Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
− Conduct regular stock checks and order office supplies (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, stationery).
− Prepare and organise paperwork, receipts, and documentation for the accounts department.
− Assist the Operations Manager and Production team with additional tasks and projects as required
Client Services Social Media and Marketing Duties
− Assist in managing ARC’s social media presence by scheduling posts, drafting copy, and coordinating media in collaboration with
the Junior Assistant Editor and Production team.
− Support the management of award entries, including maintaining a calendar of submission deadlines, preparing entry documents, and liaising with Executive Producers to gather required materials.
