Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy across all brand touchpoints. This role will be part-time and responsible for creating, developing, overseeing, and executing content that enhances our brand’s presence, and supports our overall brand objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and editing, an understanding of brand voice and strategy, and the ability to oversee and produce a variety of content types across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s goals and resonate with target audiences across multiple channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
- Content Creation & Oversight: Lead content creation, including writing, editing, and curating engaging material for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of content across channels. Use insights to optimise and refine content strategies and ensure maximum engagement and impact.
- Editorial Excellence: Use strong editing skills to ensure all content is error-free, well-structured, and aligns with the company’s editorial guidelines.
- SEO and Content Optimisation: Stay up to date with SEO best practices and ensure all content is optimised for search engines to drive organic traffic.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in content creation/marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies, brand development, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience managing content across a variety of platforms (websites, blogs, social media, email, etc.).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ability to apply them to content creation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
