We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator who is has a passion for fashion, a great work ethic and is responsible, reliable, with a great attitude and attention to detail.

Role details:

Casual
15-30 hours per week
Flexible working hours as agreed between manager and employee
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (orders are dispatched these days)
Location: Cheltenham, VIC 3192

About the Role

Our ecommerce business is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our small business!

Picking and Packing Orders
Re-Stocking Shelves
Receive deliveries and posting orders
E-Commerce fulfilment
Customer service email correspondence
Handling customer experience issues
Processing returns
Steaming clothes
Folding clothes
Preparing garments for photoshoots
Stocktake
Cleaning

Skills and Experience:

Warehouse experience preferred
Experience with E-Commerce online orders preferred but not essential as training will be provided
High attention to detail
Sound understanding of women’s fashion
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong proven work history
Computer literate
Strong work ethic
Able to multi-task & prioritise
The capability to work independently and as part of a team
