Trade Sales Administrator & Customer Service

Love simply beautiful homewares? We’d love to have you. We are currently seeking a customer service/sales administrator to join our wholesale & trade teams in Camperdown. If you’re capable of juggling a variety of tasks, interested in homewares and have a can-do attitude, this role is perfect for you.

Tasks to include (but not limited to):

Answer calls/emails for general enquiries to head office

Generate quotes, sales orders and invoices for wholesale and trade

Process payments & chase invoices

About you:

Positive, can-do attitude and fast learner

Willing to learn and progress

Previous customer service experience essential

Competent in Excel/Word

Well-organised, efficient, attention-to-detail

Capable to work autonomously and in team

Able to work to deadlines and use initiative

Reliable work ethic with a love of people and design

Wholesale experience preferable
