About the position

As our Marketing Communications Executive –  you will be responsible for developing content engagement strategies. You will develop a deep understanding of our target audience to have input into our overall Publishing and Content Marketing strategies.

Your Generalist Marketing skills will see you driving Go to Market campaigns with a focus on acquisition, utilization, engagement & retention initiatives. 

You’ll develop a deep understanding of insights across our key audience groups, and the know-how to produce content that inspires, educates, and informs.

You’ll then collaborate with our Content & Engagement Marketing team to bring your ideas and content to life.


What will I be doing?

  • Leading the Content & Engagement  initiatives aimed specifically at key audiences
  • Develop insights into our Community to inform content needs
  • Champion the end to end lifecycle of content and communications that support activation, engagement, and retention 
  • Work closely with our CRM and Marketing Automation teams
  • Be the guardian of the communication and content journey 
  • Drive understanding of our product experience through editorial and content amplification
  • Make communication & channel recommendations based on a solid understanding of best practices  and driving audience behaviour


What are we looking for?

You are a strong Marketing Communications professional who can see the big picture, connect the dots, and craft a successful view of our customer needs.

You’re currently in a Content-focused role that sees you creating content for various digital audiences through Email campaigns, website content, and community platforms. Perhaps you’ve worked closely with the CRM team, but regardless you love using data to help you develop insights to decide the best ways to communicate with customers

Those that know you say you have strong commercial acumen and you excel in designing, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on communication engagement campaigns.


What else would make a difference?

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with relationship marketing and lifecycle management
  • Experience leading consistent and through-the-funnel marketing efforts for customer segments
  • Hands-on experience using a Marketing Automation platform (ideally Marketo) or other CRM tools

Role Location
