If this sounds like you, Click is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our growing ranks.

As a talent coordinator, you must be passionate about creators, social media platforms, and the creator economy in general. Your role will be working in our growing Talent Management team completing a range of tasks from managing talent’s calendars, analysing social media analytics, executing campaigns, and generating post campaign reports. The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated, be confident in taking initiative, and excel in a fast paced environment. You must be personable and able to form relationships quickly, highly detail oriented, able to juggle many different tasks at the same time, and constantly looking to where they can add value and go above and beyond for our clients.


  • Deep knowledge of YouTube from a business and consumer perspective.
  • 1+ years of talent management/influencer marketing experience or experience working with brands/agencies.
  • Working knowledge of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
  • Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Superb teamwork and team management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Experience and understanding of gaming content
  • Experience working with CRM’s such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
